This is how the Playmapping app works
Add locations and devices when in the field and assign the relevant inspection and maintenance status.
The app enables inspectors to browse through the library containing tens of thousands of playground equipment devices sold in Europe. When entering playground equipment, they simply select the correct version. Click and add. All data is immediately up to date.
When doing their inspection rounds, they enter the location in question in the search field. This brings up a list of all the devices that need to be inspected. The inspectors then check every individual device for the aspects specified and enter their findings. All Dutch safety standards for EN1176 (Playground equipment) and EN1177 (Impact attenuating playground surfacing) have already been incorporated in Playmapping. This is a nice and handy feature. The same goes for the practical list of frequent maintenance measures. When an inspector has inspected all devices for a certain location, they submit their report to the server. The controller in the office can then immediately see the result and make the right decisions as regards maintenance or replacement.
